ETAs SUBCLASS 601:
If you hold a valid eligible passport you can apply for your ETA using the ETA app. To apply for an ETA you must download the ETA app to your mobile phone and lodge the application from your mobile phone. It is no longer possible to apply for an ETA from a Personal Computer (PC). For further information please go to Subclass 601 Electronic Travel Authority (homeaffairs.gov.au)
eVISITOR SUBCLASS 651:
If you hold a valid eligible passport you can apply for an eVisitor Visa online.
ENQUIRIES ABOUT YOUR ETA OR eVISITOR VISA
If you have an enquiry about your ETAs or eVisitor visas you may send an online enquiry. You can also use your ImmiAccount to manage and enquire about the progress of your application.
Our offifce in Tel Aviv is unable to reply to enquiries or provide support on ETAs and eVisitor visas. This is because they are processed online from Australia. Not at our office in Tel Aviv.
